Very helpful in finding me the the right integrated fridge to replace my 20 year old siemens fridge. They even managed to fit the existing cupboard door.

Extremely helpful! Best customer service imaginable! My television lead had a faulty connection and wouldn't work. I went in for a new lead, they checked it and told me I only needed a small piece that fits on the end and they charged me 50p for it :) Most helpful! I got home and tried it, it didn't work...so I went back to the shop and they were puzzled by the problem. One of them asked where I live, and since it's close by, he offered to come and have a look. Within 10 minutes he was in my lounge, sorted out the problem, and was on his way again. Exceptional service, they went far beyond the call of duty! If I buy a new telly or kitchen appliance, it'll be from BL Vision! Great guys!
