After damage was caused to my car doors by a lovely person who didn’t stop or leave their details u had the misfortune to have my insurance company utilise BB Body repairs as an approved workshop. It took nearly 6 months to have my vehicle eventually repaired ! After numerous phone calls to an abrupt member of staff who continually told me there was a backlog of other vehicles due for repair before me I eventually managed to get.my vehicle booked it for repair after a phone call per month trying the find where I was in the list . Yes I got a courtesy car dropped off and yes my car was repaired and returned in good condition all I had to do was pay the £250 excess to top off the wonderful experience Would I recommend the company… for customer service nope Service:&nbsp;Painting

I wouldn't recommend this place.  My partner put his car in after an accident that wasn't his fault.  It took 3 weeks to put a wing mirror on and spray a door and then they forgot to put a window in. When the car was returned it was damaged and they clamed it wasn't them . 28 miles of fuel was missing and a usb adapter missng . Communication is not there strong point. We live over an hour away back and forth at our expense in a fuel crisis isn't amusing to say the least .

Can’t really give any more as clearly they didn’t want the job. Other garages at least discussed it with me.

Friendly helpful staff excellent service. My car had been rearranged by a fallen tree they did a wonderful job, my car is as good as new.
