Ayr Taxis were pre booked for a collection from a Christmas party at 0.30 at Ayr Races, but didn't turn up to collect us, didn't phoned or texted to say there was a problem, and didn't answered the repeated calls. In the end we waited in the queue for half an hour for another taxi to turn up

Fast, efficient service. Friendly, chatty driver. Would definitely choose again!

Utterly useless. Prepaid them and they didn't even turn up. They were specific about time - we waited 30 minutes and they wouldn't even answer their phone. Totally unprofessional!!!!
