They were fine when I first took out the rental, but since I terminated the lease they've been awful. Unresponsive to emails, delaying returning the deposit, for a different reason every time I call them about it. Really disappointed in their total lack of professionalism. They're not even showing any common courtesy, in fact they are downright rude now. Like many other reviews I fully believe they are trying to retain as much of the deposit as they can for as long as they can. Be very wary if you are thinking of renting a property from them, they're exactly the kind of shoddy business that gives estate and letting agents a bad rep.

Some of the agents I spoke with have been extremely rude to me. I made a simple requests which they simply ignored and spoke to me in such a bad way. I have rented a property from them for several years now with no missed payments, complaints or any other problems. The property is good and most services are good but there manner towards customers and they way they treat you is completely disrespectful. I would not recommend using them for this reason!

Don`t recommend renting with them. Emailing them will bring you headaches. It`s like they only read a part of the text, but not all of it. Don`t even bother telling them what problems the house has, they won`t do anything about it, it will just be emails back and forth. Alan is the most irritating person I have ever met from any letting agency and very unprofessional. After my review, he told me `how pety to leave a google review`. Little advice to everyone wanting to rent in the future - NEVER RENT A HOUSE IN CUMNOCK - you are welcome! By the way, the 5 star reviews are most surely from people payed to review. At the beginning of my tenancy I was also offered money for a 5 star review.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ayr Estate & Lettings. They unreasonably held onto my deposit for an extended period, causing significant financial strain.

I Would Save Your Breath For Call Or Email Your Not Getting A New Home They Ask For Deposit Before Viewing They Dont Know How To Respond A message Correctly To A New Tenant Not More Than 5 Minutes For To Ask Property Of Your Intrested To Say You Can't Afford This In Mind It Was A Flat And It Was Cheap Affordable. Alan Daniel Are Not Helpful  Did Not Provide Information I Was Asking About A Viewing Although I've Answered What One Colleague Wanted Me To Do Fill An Application Through Email Then I Filled Most Out Felt it Was Getting Into Too Much Personal Detail And I Ask To Speak On Phone About It his Reply Was Dont Do This Over The Phone I Understand But its Our Information That Is Not Probably Secured.  Think It Rude And Poor Work Postion

I would like to thank everyone involved in helping myself and my partner in moving into your new flat. We are absolutely in love with the property. I would rate the company a 5, Would highly recommend to people who are looking to move. All staff very kind and helpful. They all ensured the experience was as smooth as possible and supported where needed.  Many thanks to everyone involved.

Absolutely a 5 star rating!!  I couldn't be happier with the service from Ayr Estate & Letting Agents. The staff are courteous and professional yet very friendly and so helpful. I have been kept fully informed about each step throughout the whole process and I am confident that if I ever have a problem in the future it will be sorted out quickly and accurately without any fuss. I would, without a doubt, recommend the staff in this office and the service they provide.

Cant recommend the team at Ayr Estate & Lettings Agents enough. The made the full process of selling my first house so exciting and enjoyable. They were on the ball and kept me updated with info. Alan and Leanne especially were so friendly and professional, everything was amazing thank you!!!

The team at Ayr Estate & Lettings are professional, friendly & have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.  They have literally taken all the stress out of the rental process in finding tenants, resolving any problems & were able to assist me in recently selling the property.  Living abroad, this would’ve been impossible without their expertise, knowledge and fantastic communication. Thank you all for all your help these past few years!
