Business insurance direct debit is a loan scam. If you set up direct debit to pay for your business insurance they make it a loan agreement with 29.3% APR. They email you a .pdf saying that it is a loan agreement with a payment schedule and all the details. When I told them I did not want a loan they flatly denied it was a loan with a straight face and Scottish accent. Does not exactly build trust. Fast forward 2 years, they kept increasing my insurance price 50% each year, although I made no claims. Had to switch my insurance provider.

Diverted to another country on way home to London and stranded for 5 days, but flight departed from Asia on time and so insurance not valid. Thanks AXA

Took ages to resolve my claim and only done something when I chased them up. They also did not recover all my losses.

stealing money dropping off phone and when compalain they getbp away wigh it took more than 10,000 pounds away from me
