A nice quiet walk along the river. The boardwalk section is narrow and overgrown, but clearing it back would rather detract from the purpose of a nature reserve. For a space so close to a town centre it is remarkably peaceful. Not all of the paths are surfaced so some might struggle along them.
Not as well maintained as it used to be but still a nice quiet walk away from the town.
Very mucky this time of year December but very popular with dog walkers, part of it by the river, easy to navigate and parking from Easter to October.
We stayed two nights in our Motorhome the gate gets shut and opened. We visited the Abbey and town stopping for coffee and walked along the river. We also did our shopping at Asda. Thank you Pershore : There is a notice saying it will shut from 8pm on the 31st August 2021 ?
Really well managed by a dedicated team.
Very extensive with mass of wide variety of wild flowers plus a few butterflies and dragon flies. Boardwalk is great, wide and suitable for wheelchairs etc from car park, but not all the way round.
Couldn't get out cause someone closed barrier never told us they where closing it for night sign on barrier was up in trees when open so couldn't see it .
Love this place. It has everything if you like walking in the peace and quiet. No litter please or vandals.
Nice walk along the Avon.
Fantastic wetlands and area of biodiversity
