I have gone to Mr Crawford’s practice for years. He is excellent and shows great care and compassion for the animals he cares for...and their human owners too, which is quite rare. Would recommend every time.

The best vet we have been to in over 15 years of being pet owners and we have been customers for 3 years. Always happy to help with any pet issue we have encountered, big or small. Very happy with the service we receive.

Don't waste your time. Booked my dog in for a health check and vaccination. Stated again when I arrived I wanted the dog to have a health check. Tried to talk to him about my dog and he just ignores me, vaccinated him and expected us to leave. Read the vaccine card wrong, twice, nearly giving my dog the wrong thing, twice. That'll be £80 for two boosters and 30 seconds of his time. Then at the beginning of October I phoned to get a replacement vaccine card (ours lost) yep sure he'll get that done. End of November we've heard nothing, we go in and he acts like we never asked for one but he'll get that made up tomorrow, call in four days later, its not done. Promises he will email the dog border we use to let her know he's vaccinated, doesn't. A week later ring again, still not done. Just phoned a new vets to register and were told they normally refuse to give out clinical history to new vets - I wonder why?

Dragged their heels for weeks and held up payment of a 5k insurance claim when Vets Now saved our dog's life by performing emergency surgery. Got cheeky and defensive on phone when enquired why it was taking so long. Generally a bad attitude.
