Saw staff breaking toys to ram a pallet full. No respect for our belongings. Arrogant staff, rude. DO NOT USE OR TRUST. Costs a fortune to get Broken memories back. Would prefer to give negative stars.

I recently used AVM to clear a flat and place some of the contents in their storage. The staff were excellent, handling was done with utmost care, and Chris in the office was most helpful and friendly. I have some goods on the way to the UK from overseas and will use this company to store them. Storage rates are very reasonable.Overall it was a pleasure dealing with this company.

I use AVM to store all of our camping gear and gardening stuff, as unfortunately our garage is full. It has been a godsend. Previously I had been lugging all of our camping gear from the loft every time we were due to go camping - not an easy task with 2 small boys wanting to 'help'. I had to add another day onto the beginning of the holiday and the end just to get the stuff out and put it away! I can now access it easily and quickly. By far the best price for storage in Cheltenham and the staff are helpful too. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend.

We used AVM to come back to the UK, and as always, they did an excellent job. From start to finish, they took the hassle out of moving and the guys were absolutely brilliant. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
