This places looks rather tacky and low key. But was really surprised as to the level of service and quality here. Staff where really friendly and easy to deal with, connected personally and gave a good service. Picked up the car within 5 min of having gone in. Keys handed over, invoices emailed, and off I went. Car was a Suzuki Swift 2018 - was surprised by the car. Clean, efficient, good quality, fit for purpose and had a good in car system- was really happy with this rental. Had a small issue with the invoice, but called up and was sorted in a matter of min. Returning the car out of hours was easy, but found the car park full. Overall, good service and good car. Happy to have rented from here.

Friendly staff and great service. Use them for work and hiring is easy online. I go in to pick up and drop off and always easy to do.

Polite and attentive staff but only one serving at counter so a bit of a wait. Unfortunately the car we had booked was un-roadworthy (window washer spouts missing) so we were given a larger replacement (which we had to wait for to be cleaned) as all other cars were in another location. The car was good to drive and comfortable. Price was best we could find in this location.
