Outstanding Practice! I normally HATE the dentist- I have a massive fear; however, the staff were reassuring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. The dentist took time to speak to me and let me know what would happen step by step. They also gave me top tips on flossing. I will definitely be coming back for my 6 month check up and not be dreading it like I used to.

After years of NHS dental treatment and paying for a 5 minute check up, I decided to go private. What an absolute refreshing change from start to finish, my experience and treatment was second to non. The package offered is great and reasonable I would highly recommend anyone who is disillusioned with their NHS treatment to give this excellent surgery a call and I hope you had the same quality experience as I.
Excellent practice. I rang up needing an appointment which they were able to facilitate in a timely manor. The receptionists Milly & Lucy were wonderful, answering all the questions I had. Excellent service all round, friendly staff. Would recommend.
I have been a patient here for many years, firstly as an NHS and more recently a private patient. They have continually improved the property and the service is very good indeed. You are given a great deal of time and things are explained well and in good detail to you. I feel the current service is as good as it has ever been and would certainly recommend to anyone seeking a dentist in Torbay.
I have had mixed opinions about the dentists I have been with over the years at avenue dental surgery. The majority have been good, however my recent dentist Remi has been outstanding! She has been the most kind, calm, understanding person, talked me through my procedures, understood my anxiety and found solutions to keep me calm and relaxed. Unfortunately as they have gone private I won't be able to continue my regular check ups etc with Remi, but I hope I find another person who treats thier patients the way she does. The dentist as a whole has kept me up to date with them going private, plenty of notice and honouring procedures that have already been planned through the NHS. I cannot fault the staff at all.
Had my first check up with Victoria since covid, she really explained everything well and her assistant Olivia was extremely helpful. Always a pleasant experience at the surgery.
In the past I have only ever had negative experiences when it came to dentists. However, this has now all changed thanks to the team at Avenue Dental and especially Viktoriya. From the moment I walked through the door Viktoriya with her friendly smile helped me to feel relaxed. In fact, so relaxed I could have fallen asleep in the chair! Not only that she was extremely helpful and caring throughout my recent visits ensuring I was ok on regular intervals. The same could also be said about the desk staff as they could not do enough for me. I am so glad I chose Avenue Dental and I am extremely pleased with my results! A big thank you to Viktoriya and Thank you to the rest of the team *****
Visited the dental hygienist today, she gave good advice showing me how to more effectively brush certain areas of teeth, she was very effective in the removal of multiple stains I had both at the front & back, with no discomfort, herself and the assistant were professional and friendly, highly recommend!
My wife and I have been patients since very soon after the practice opened. From the very beginning we have received excellent treatment from all the staff . Always made welcome with courtesy and good humour .
