Bought a set of second hand original BMW alloys advertised on gumtree from Autostyle Wheels Direct LTD. On fitting tyres on the alloys, noticed one was slightly buckled. Contacted them thinking they will not respond. They made contact and offered to exchange the buckled alloy for another original BMW alloy of same type. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service received and would definitely recommend them to others. The customer service is second to none. A very happy customer. Thank you.

Changed my 17" alloys for 16" and tyres with a higher profile- unusual I know but with the pot holes it has really given such improved comfort. Billy's advice and expert knowledge is hard to come by. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing people to deal with, in this day and age it's rare to find  people who you can really trust with your safety.My X5  has had 4 new tyres fitted and drives like a new car.Nothing negative can be said about Autostyle.

Great service from a great company - nothing was too much to ask for - bought several sets of wheels and tyres over the years - knowledge is 5* and would recommend auto style to anybody else for service and detail
