Autonomy supported our son Jon for 6 years. During this time they did an excellent job. In particular two of his support team Christopher Hegginbotham and Shirley Handy were outstanding.

I have worked with Autonomy for a few months now. Settling in and each day is rewarding in lots of ways. I enjoy my job and working with the service users is a pleasure. All of the team are just that. A team -  helpful and very supportive. Thank you Autonomy

Latest team at autonomy are an exceptional team manager is incredible helpfull and is always there for you and she has a lot on her plate copes really well under the circumstances they could do with a forth person to take the pressure of  well done all of you anyone wanting to work for autonomy should think about it its very rewarding and fulfilling

I have been with Autonomy Care as the Care Coordinator in the Melksham shop for 7 months now and I have always felt welcome, supported and appreciated. Our staff and service users are fantastic and Autonomy is a fabulous company to work for.

We have found the Management team at Autonomy professional and caring. Covid has put enormous pressure on all of us. We have always found Autonomy to be both understanding and flexible when we have had to make changes to protect our Son from Covid

I couldn't recommend this company enough. The care they provide it absolutely outstanding! You can tell they are all in a very supportive team. The management there are so kind and thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Always willing to go the extra mile for everyone. Such an amazing team!
