Lovely owners and great service

Awful. They removed a set of acrylics for me and in the process destroyed my nails including cutting the nail plate on my pinky finger. Despite this they charged me full price £12 very disappointed

Daughters nails only lasted 3days, with no heavy use, then began flaking and chipping. Had the nails redone at another nail bar as Top Nails would only offer a patch up and flatly refused any refund.
