One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with for finance! Knowing that I had problems with the trade centre uk from day 1 for a £14k car and you can't even help me out, I wouldn't even give you a 1 star. More like zero from me. Avoid.
I took car finance with Hippo motor group, these being the lenders, absolutely recommend. Very patient, very understanding of your circumstances, they do their best to help where possible, the team are very friendly!
Well after finally getting a call back and going through my life story. Days of back and forth because you can’t see corners of paper. What a waste of time when you have to work full time. Should be told these things to start with, think I had a lucky escape, will take my business elsewhere!

Have finance from this company and the dealer sold me vehicle with issue fault I dropped me car to main dealer for full check vehicle mercedes benz and send full report to dealer and refused to repair, Automoney motor finance don't want Sorting all issue with dealer I was send video and invoice to dealer and finance and nobody wasn't contacted with me from 15/09/22 ti now 17/10/22
After hours of back and forth wanting documents, then having to wait till the following day for a phone call where they basically treated me like I was going into a debt management plan, wanting to know everything I spent my money on, to then wait several more hours and have to chase it up with the company we were working through, only to be told no because they don't see why I need 2 finance agreements. Never mind the fact that i already have 2 finance agreements and it was a replacement one, but Im pretty sure your job is to determine affordability for the finance, not for you to decide what I do and don't need in my own life. Complete ball ache of a process and I really wouldn't recommend anyone to go through to hassle of this company.
Got the signed contract so offers poor customer service. My advice to anyone is to avoid this company as when I ask to raise a concern they try to shut you down so I said I will leave a review instead and they go ahead. So here it is.
Got me into my dream car. No problems at all, fast payment to the dealer, applied on Tuesday had the car by Saturday
Brilliant, very easy to deal with, great customer service
No issues applied done checks got the car I wanted
