Fantastic leadership and it flows down the line. I had a knee operation and as such it meant I didn't have the money to redeem my brand new S7 Tablet.. An arrangement was made and stuck to. A shinning example of customer service !! Awesomeness
I'm very upset with these.we have used them often.then today we went to collect my sons oculus what I ordered him for Christmas .I bought it brand new from argos was 400pound .I only pawned it for 100 just till today.then when I went to collect they sold it.it shouldn't be allowed. Stuck now not fair
I have used the Dickson road store for many years. Outstanding bunch of lads over the years of being a customer there. Manager Mark is an asset to the team of lads and all seem to follow his skills and direction very well towards fantastic customer service. Very clean and pleasant all around
What they offer to pay u for your items is a joke they pay less than a third of the items value the other one cash converters is more reasonable was offered 25 pounds for the item in money traders then went to cash converters and was offered 60 they just rip off the poorest people who can't get help any other way they pay peanuts for gold gold is normally around 12 pound a gram these con artists offer less than 3 pound they should wear a mask and striped jumper
I've been using Money Traders NS on Dickson Road for over 8yrs, The staff go out their way to help you. I've pawned items and always get the best prices and they dont charge the earth to get your items back. I've brought TV's, camera equipment, mobile phones and watches and found the friendly staff knowledgeable and extremely helpful and have always got a good warranty with the items brought. I highly recommend Money Traders and wouldn't go anywhere else!
Absolutely great bargains. The staff go out there way to work efficiently and effectively. I've been coming here for all my electrical needs for a long time.. Cannot praise the staff enuf and great laff every time I come into the shop
I went in looking for a small bench saw to cut 3x2 " wood for my log burner. The staff were great and I found the saw in minutes. Great staff. Knowledgeable. Happy bunny I am....
Very disappointed with this store. Had a watch and a ring that was my best mate before he passed away and they lost it. All i got refunded was the price that they where going to sell it for and the money that i payed each month and week to keep it in there why just the price of it. Not a happy customer at all.
I have been too Money Trader's a couple of times now and the staff are very helpful, friendly and I will be going back again
