Fantastic service. Company went through detailed due diligence, leaving no stone unturned, and was able to offer me a bespoke loan tailored to my own needs. Best company out there by far. Be prepared for process to take around a week.

Very friendly and helpful, the lady who dealt with my application was brilliant throughout the whole process. No judgement and they are easy to contact by phone and ring you back when they say you will. The process was extremely easy and stress free. Very good company with great customer services.

From application to the funds being put into my bank account, the process was hassle free. The team at first stop loans were very pleasant to deal with and explained every step clearly. The intrest rate i thought was very fair as my credit score is far from perfect. They looked at my situation not just my score. I am very satisfied with the service i received and would not hesitate to recommend FIRST STOP LOANS.

Overall ok good customer service personel and pretty good application to acceptance and payout times. Just a bit 1908s lots of phone calls when at work with repetative questions that have been given on application, NO on-line account portal to make additional payments or check balance etc, everything done over phone, very outdated this day and age! Not sure I would recommend as most people want and expect on-line services and and less hassle, but fair with % rates and initial communication.
