Turned up at carwash fir first time. Paid £7.50 for this service the guy that took payment seemed very pleasant, although when I was asked to move forward, the guy behind the car hit the back of my car and shouted, not sure why he hit my car,  but did ask another staff what was going on and explained that the guy hit the back of my car. Not impressed!!! When I got home I phoned and spoke with Manager who was very pleasant on the phone to me. I explained what had happened, he seemed very sympathic and that this was not acceptable behaviour. I was reassured!! the manager took my phone number and he would speak with owner  to get this resolved.  Apart from that it is a really busy place. The staff work really hard and very quick at washing car too,  I was impressed overall with the service and car wash. However diid nut specify what was included in washing car , i.e Wax spray,  Did not think it was value for money.

Great car wash here. The guys are hard working and friendly. Please make sure to give them decent tip please folks as it's hard and cold work!!

Had literally thousands of car hand washes over the years and this was the first time I was asked to pay first! Very strange. When the wash was complete I understood why - no leathering off is done. Odd - maybe that's normal for the area in winter? It was a fine dry day however. Anyway, the wash was fine and no other customers so the staff didn't mind me finishing the car properly myself. Better value in Central London including leathering off, door & boot shuts, free air freshener, tyre shine etc etc.

They do a great job despite the cold weather and given this is much cheaper than an automated car wash. Only thing stopping 5 stars is they don't always do the wheels or spray wax if they're busy.

Was in at the car wash today and the man with the west accent has an appalling attitude and the way he talks when kids are in the car is disgraceful do not recommend this car wash at all
