Not too bad. They always have lots of people queuing up to have their cars washed. Guess why my car wasn't properly washed. I'd still recommend them though.

I have been very happy with Auto Shine Express in the past. From memory, last time I used them a nice Polish guy valeted my car and it was spotless! The dashboard, etc was also lovely and shiny inside. This time there were quite a few things that I wasn't happy with: * I left my car at 11am and was told 1-1.5 hours. I took my 2 year old daughter to Asda while we waited and my car wasn't ready until 1 hour 50 minutes later. I realise it was a Friday and the guy had fitted me in when I phoned up but it wasn't ideal. I also realise that I should have fully checked my car before signing off the form but I had a very sleepy 2 year old and don't particularly like confrontation! * There were dirty streaks on the driver side of the car when I got in but I thought that may have been splashes from the other cars being washed nearby?! I'm not so sure though! * When I got home, I noticed that there were smear marks from where the cloth/sponge had been wiped all across the glass roof which doesn't look good at all! * There were muddy marks on the seat at the back where my daughter sits which I thought would have been cleaned when the interior was cleaned. Overall I'm sorry to say that I wasn't impressed at all with my car on Friday and I am disappointed that I spent £30 for such a bad job.

Have had two cars valeted with the £80 service. Excellent results on both cars - showroom standard. Staff friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Great valet service. Did a great job on my private taxi which helped me get a pass at the test centre. Thank you. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

A bit hit and miss. I got my car cleaned earlier this week (thursday) and paid the full whack but did not get the service. The guys were struggling to keep up. The soap went on and was immediately removed because they were out of sync. Paid for wheels to be cleaned and they briefly sprayed something on my allows but no brush. The use of a brush on bodywork was lip service too. Has happened several time now so will not be returning.
