I found Martin to be most helpful in my ongoing situation with a faulty ski and he is going above and beyond expectations in all areas with knowledge and assistance, I prefer not to go by previous reviews and I am so glad I did in this case! I cannot recommend him enough! **UPDATE** IM AFRAID I JUMPED THE GUN GIVING SUCH A GLOWING REVIEW AS FROM THE TIME OF LEAVING IT HE HAS BECOME MOST UNHELPFUL AND NON RESPONSIVE WHICH HAS LEFT ME IN AN AWKWARD SITUATION WITH A COURT CASE I BELIEVED HE WOULD HELP ME WITH!!
Ordered a carbon seal kit for my seadoo gtx 4 tec on the website which I found was very fairly priced, my ski is a early 4 stroke but has had the later driveshaft and pto bearing fitted, this was a ordered placed after being off the water for a month and having postage issues with parts ordered from another company also in the UK, I contacted Martin to double check what I had ordered was correct, to which he ensured me my order was and posted the items the same day, and arrived a day or two after. All in all I found this company very helpful and a nice smooth easy purchase. I can now get my ski back together ready to enjoy family days out
Excellent service Martin is very helpful fair and good to his word, would definitely recommend, granted parts not always in stock but sometimes take a week to arrive from the states, but this seems to be the norm with most things at the moment.
Do not purchase anything from this crook, sent him a pump housing 2 months he had it and never ordered the new part which we left confirmation on via voicemail so sourced part elsewhere then refused to send our original part back. communication is near zero from him he tells you what you want to hear everytime you do eventually speak. I strongly advise do not use him. Tried to tell me our ski was only 1 in the country so parts are none existent which is total lies once again.
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE, BUISNESS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN, IF YOU CAN CALL IT ONE. THIS IS NOT JUST A ONE OFF EITHER, MESSED ME AND FRIENDS ABOUT MANY TIMES WITH ANYTHING FROM ORDERING PARTS OR ENGINE WORK, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PARTS QUICKER GETTING THEM SENT FROM THE STATES. MARTIN HAS AN ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING AND IS NEVER IN THE WRONG. BEEN 5 WEEKS SINCE I ORDERED PARTS AND STILL NOT EVEN A REPLY OR AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER, BUT IM SURE MARTIN WILL HAVE AN ANSWER, EVEN THOU IVE WAITER A FURTHER 2 WEEKS PATIENTLY WHILE HE WAS ON HOLIDAY TO SEND MY ORDER, CURRENTLY "TRYING" TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED WITH NO REPLY, HAS GOT TO THE POINT IM GOING TO TRAVEL 2 HOURS TO HIM FARM SHOP AND TAKE MY REFUND BACK MYSELF. TOTAL AND UTTER JOKE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I recently bought a project Polaris ski. Martin has been a fantastic help throughout my build, nothing has been too much trouble for him. I sent off the engine parts for machine work, the jet ski centre did a fantastic job, going above and beyond to extract some broken head bolts when others would have just rendered the jugs scrap. Highly recommended, will be using for all my future Ski parts and servicing Chris
I’ve used jetski centre numerous times for parts, I’ve ordered online, over the phone and picked up from workshop. Always friendly with plenty of knowledge and gives good guidance even when doing DIY work. Most recently ordered parts that weren’t in stock but quickly ordered and kept up to date throughout. Thanks, will use again and again!
I never read the reviews before I ordered parts from this place.... I Ordered a new wear ring and solas impeller recently from here and having received some lengthy advice off them.... I parted a considerable amount of mo ey and left them to it..... then I read the reviews.... struck with horror I'd be a liar if I said I wasn't a bit worried. I was told at the that the impeller wasn't in stock and would need ordered in this was on a bank hiday Weekend The parts arrived about a week later and last night my ski was doing about 70mph with the new parts fitted. Glad I never read the reviews first.... turned out well for me
Rebuilding a project ski and Jet Ski Centre had everything I needed in the one place,was back and forward with Martin with questions and he had the answers. All the parts were good quality and reasonably priced,I felt Martin went above and beyond to help with everything and I will definitely use again in the future.
Supplied a cheap sub standard faulty part, nearly damaged my jet ski and could have caught fire, customer service would not replace or offer any help unless I purchased a new one and waited for them to test the faulty part. Guy on phone was abrupt and condescending. If you value your vehicle /craft swerve these guys and stick to OEM parts or a good quality supplier.
