Had a BRC claim via AA. Had a fault with my alternator. AA agreed to pay the full amount however this garage wanted to charge an extra 1 hour of labour and decided to misadvise me and tell me that AA accepted this. After speaking to AA they told me that this garage disagreed with the database for timings. Anyway they cheated me out of around £70 which is disgusting and pathetic. Am doing this review after 18 months because I never got round to this. Let this be a message to yourselves, don’t try and cheat customers out of money and then lie blindly. Absolutely pathetic.

My BMW 2001 M5 was playing up. The lads organised the tow truck and kept me informed throughout the checks they were making. More than friendly staff who will help you in any way they can. I have used them previously and will do again if needed.

Had an issue with rear lights on my 59 golf was recommended to auto electrics. They booked the car in promptly and fixed the issue in no time at all. With the new ruling of mobile phones whilst driving. I went back to auto electrics to approach them with this issue as I already have the blue tooth kit out of my previous car they were more than willing to fit it of which they did great job done so no worries of answering phone whilst driving. Would like to thank Bruce and his team Will be recommending them in future

Me and my partner took our black rover 75 to here and got an excellent service. Its the second time we've been here and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean and happy atmosphere.

I'm an independent gas engineer so need my van on the road all the time. I Was outside customers house went to start van nothing called AA they said starter motor had gone towed me to auto electrics black Heath. Went inside to be met by Bruce who seemed to take all my problems away by getting my van in and fixed the same day amazing service.
