I had a great experience at Audio Lounge. They have a great collection of hifi brands, wide range of products available in the shop that you can listen to in the listening rooms and more than everything a great host and a guide, Lee Hodson. I would like to thank Lee for his sincere hospitality, his insightful-informative assistance, guidance and everything. I had a brief idea about which amplifier+speakers to purchase and a budget limit. But I had many questions in my mind. Lee listened to me very attentively and understood what I want & need. He answered my every question with clear, sincere, explanatory answers. He guided me to make the right choice for me according to my music preferences, my home space, my budget, etc. I experienced the hifi set that I planned to buy in the listening room and listened to different different music genres. I had plenty of time to hear it before my final decision while enjoying my coffee. Lee gave me all the necessary information that I would need for the decks setup and the product app. He told me about the upgrade possibilities that I could do for the deck that I bought. I flew back to my city and Lee followed up if everything is ok, if I need anything. I highly recommend Audio Lounge and I specially thank Lee Hodson for all the guidance. Audio Lounge is definitely at the top of my future purchases, upgrades and all.
Had an excellent experience here shopping for a turntable. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect turntable that both sounds and looks great with our speakers. Mostly high end HiFi sound systems, but there is a range of intro level Rega players that met our needs. Never felt pressured to buy or that our questions were stupid they definitely were!. Will come back when it's time to upgrade!
A bit out of my price range, but amazing hifi equipment and very helpful staff. Some real art pieces form their modern and retro-modern high-end audio solutions.
Amazing spot, perfect for Audiophiles. Very nice and helpful staff with a good amount of knowledge of their products. I walked in curious and walked out buying a turntable. They treat their products like art work.
The best in its class of home audio. Ajay was exceptionally helpful. Listening to him was a masterclass in audio.
I popped in unannounced and Jay was most welcoming. This is a wonderful store and if you are in the market for high end audio in London, I highly recommend a visit. Jay very kindly offered my a listen of the Sennheiser HE-1 Orpheus headphones and my word they do not disappoint!
I highly recommend giving this place a visit for audio equipment demos or purchases. I had the chance to demo the Sennheiser HD 600 S2, HD 800, and Meze 109 Pro for as long as I wanted. Kath and Straun were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in providing headphone recommendations. Made my day!!
I asked for a sealed factory fresh product, and thank you so much for giving me something that hasn't been touched or altered by anyone, as it's hard to find fresh products, especially in regards to HiFi sometimes. Now the SR-15, which was the purchase... excuse the earwax, now a brief context, I've never used a DAC of any sort before, with the exception of the DAC that comes with the 2013 MacBook Pro. First listening experience was a bit strange, I immediately preferred the DAC on the my mac, and regretted my purchase, after being bummed out for a few minutes, I started listening to it more and more, and realised it was different... Everything was tight and precise, the vocals, the treble, the bass, everything! I've never quite experienced such precision to music before, after 6 hours of listening, all different genres and artists, I realised how much of a little but HUGE difference it made to the music. In comparison to my mac, the SR15 just blew me away with what it can do to just a simple FLAC file. Now, the elephant in the room, yes I know, the weird, off-geometric screen... At first when I saw the product online, I immediately searched frantically for the AK70 MKii, as I hated it. But slowly and gradually I somewhat have come to like the weird placement of this screen. It's quirky and different and surprisingly intuitive once in your palms, which is also reflected in the artist that's shown above in the picture. Now I will be needing a case for this, just a pain to shell out even more cash at this point...
If you are after some high-end audio equipment, this is the place to come. A range of turntables, speaks, etc. Wonderful atmosphere and lovely staff. When I say 'high-end' I mean HIGH-END! This is a stop up from your Bang and Olufsen.
Brilliant service. The demo and services provided are of the highest quality. I can highly recommend this store to any one who are serious into music system.
