Best trio ever to an Att store in 20 years. Sean helped me with exactly what I needed right away. I had to spend o er 3 hours on phone with support that had no idea what the issue was and the. Another 3 hours testing myself figuring out the issue. As soon as I walked In Sean knew what I was asking about and had the fix which i tested and worked perfectly Thanks so much

If you need a new phone, go to AT&T and talk to Jamal! He was tremendously helpful and provided us with all the options. He offered us a variety of supplies and services, but was never pushy.  He helped us look at all the possibilities and pick the best possible phone. He’s also super friendly and relaxed and makes the process fun. We highly recommend working with Jamal!

They helped me to change my line, but the guy who attended to me didn't tell me what the hell was going on, and I asked him but no response was given until he finished. He was just filling out forms and looking at his tablet.  I felt frustrated, they may be effective because they did my change of line but they are not sensitive to the customer's attention.  I wanted to buy earbuds, but now I don't want to buy them there.

Service from when I entered was quick, and pleasant indeed, the man that helped me was Brian Baker and he was off the charts awesome, he went to the max helping me, I can't thank him enough. But everyone in there had a great attitude.

Great staff very friendly, but at&t in this area is absolutely horrible, we have a family plan. The contract has ended I just paid the last phone and porting to another company, the monthly prices here are insane when we can't even make calls there's basically NO service anywhere

God awful,  all they did was mansplain to us like we dont know anything  and then proceeded to delete apps, and very personal voice mails from my father who passed away. Nonstop treated me like I had no idea what a phone was, when I repair phones and computers for part time.  Nonstop would try to make you feel dumb for things she believed she knew better than you, and then acted suprised when it worked the way I mentioned it. She took my phone and started deleting stuff even after I asked her to fully confirm with me first  At&t no matter where you go is incompetent  Anytime you try talking they would over talk you so they wouldnt listen what you say.  Theres a reason why so many people leave this """provider"""

To switch from a Samsung Galaxy S10 to an iPhone.  The service on October 12th was awesome from the Manager, to the Gentleman that helped me pick the phone that best serves my needs.  He also helped me transfer all my apps to the new phone.  The woman that helped me on October 13th, when I returned to AT&T turn my Galaxy S10 in, set everything up on the phone for me.  She was such a great help!  She took the time to set all my important apps up for me and made every effort to assist me as best she could.  In my opinion, the Manager, the gentleman and woman are an amazing asset to your company!  I apologize I am not good at remembering names.

Jamal did a great job! I LOVE my new phone! It was so wonderful that he that he was able to do everything for me! I didn't have to do anything in regards to transferring any of my data to my new iPhone 13 mini!!!!! He was very knowledgeable & patient during the entire transaction. He gave me excellent customer service & will not go to any location he is not at!

My experience was wonderful. It was quick. They listen to my problems and issues. Solved my issue and I left happy.
