Paul and his team have always served us excellently well and even fitted in visits at short notice when urgent. We recently had a new boiler installed by them and they did a great job.

In short it was just awful service. Its been a month and a half since I first notified this gentleman about a leak at our property, I was told at the time that he will sort it out and send someone round, we have had 2 visits in which nothing was done about the leak, I have called him and left 2 emails over the past week with no response. Simply rude, if you do not want our business at least have the courtesy to say so. On a side note, the plumber (Ozzy) that was sent to our house was friendly, but couldn't do any work without his boss taking a look himself (which never happened).
