After a knowledgable conversation with David I decided to get Shenfield Auto Services to collect my Mini from a BMW main agent for further investigation. They were able to look into the fault and confirm it was a isolated problem and repair. All at a fraction of the price quoted by a main agent! Super professional, friendly and repaired super fast! Very pleased with the work that Shenfield Auto Services have just completed on my wife's Mercedes SLK It had a broken spring and some paint work needed doing around the windscreen It was a pleasure dealing with the Staff Geoff & Tony who were very professional and have done a great job the car drives as it should and looks fantastic it was even cleaned waxed and polished . Thank you Geoff & Tony -Top Job - I have no problem recommending this establishment.
Excellent service with friendly staff. Got an appointment with them for MOT quick, repairs were done the next day car in less than the time I had expected and cheaper than I anticipated. I couldn't be happier. Shenfield Auto Services that's the only place I'll be taking my car from now on.
Fantastic and friendly service from the team at Shenfield Auto Services. Had a phone call and text to remind me of my booking. As well as my MOT being carried out I was pleasantly surprised to find my vehicle had been cleaned inside and out when i arrived to collect it without even asking for it to be done. I will without doubt be using Shenfield Auto Services again in the future and will be suggesting my family, friends and work colleagues do the same
Service way beyond my expectations... Fantastic doesn't even cover it. I took my car in for a new fuel filter. When I collected my car from Shenfield Auto Services the part had been supplied and fitted for just £32 inc VAT... But the service didn't end there... They had washed my car and fitted a new brake light bulb completely free of charge. I have been going there for new tyres, brakes and MOT since this wonderful experience. Keep up the good work.
We have been using Shenfield Auto Services for 5+ years now. They service, repair and perform MOTs on both our Land Rover and Audi. They are very reliable, fair, competitively priced and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. I have absolutely no complaints at all and wouldn't consider using another garage. I can highly recommend Shenfield Auto Services for all the services they offer.
