Absolutely fantastic. I'm particular when it comes to my prized possession. Only ever used the dealership, but never experienced service like I have at ATS. Luke and his team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My car feels brand new after a major service and new discs and pads. Can't thank them enough. Think I've finally found a garage I can trust!
Having retired to the Borders some 7 years ago i been using this depot for my cars Having sponsored a TR7 V8 in SB Great team proffessional, knowledgeable and honest appraisals Unfortunately most of the guys are leaving Wages have been frozen no incentives and no rewards for meeting targets set One questions what the senior management strategy is ? Sitting on their hands whilst running down a succesful operation Unbelievable mismangement Customers need answers Or is the company being sold so they could'nt careless Halfords perhaps ??
The staff are friendly and helpful. I saved at least £30 on my air conditioning refill using the groupon app.The manager in particular is excellent and this is reflected in the conduct of the staff who are hardworking and diligent. Five stars is a no brainer.
Super professional and helpful staff! Had a huge puncture in my wheel today. I’ve just drove in and Staff exchanged my tire very quick and give me a good advice! All staff is very friendly and I’ll highly recommend to everyone!!! Thank you again to everyone who works today and was able to help!!! You are superheroes for my guys!!!
Went this morning for my air-conditioning refilled and the guys were brilliant. I turned up and was able to get the car in early and the service was quicker than expected. The car even got a little check over once it was in which was a bonus. Will definitely be using these again in the future!
Outstanding professional service. Strongly recommended.
Careful with these rouges. Took my car here about a year ago with a clunking sound coming from 1 of my wheels. After they inspected it I was told it would need a spring, drop link and a wheel bearing was on it's way out which would cost £500+ to fix. Took to Carricks for a 2nd opinion. Turned out to be just a drop link that set me back less than £80 and was fixed within 40 minutes. I'll continue to buy tyres from here but feel that after the experience I had a year ago, that's all this place is good for

Thanks lads! You’ve stranded my daughter in Galashiels - great customer service You told her the car would be finished by 5:30pm, took her mobile number in case you needed to contact her. She told you she’d be back to collect the car at 5:30 as requested. She turned up at 5:25pm and saw one of your guys test driving her car around the block. So she waited around the corner. A few minutes later she sees your guys rolling the shutters down and she thinks “my car must be in the car park”. She goes to the customer service entrance - nothing! No sign of anyone. Her car was stored inside your garage. No phone call attemp! No consideration! No customer service. You should be ashamed!! ATS = Astonishingly - Terrible - Service Hey everyone vote with your custom - use Ostles around the corner they are night and day ahead of these guys.
Although they did not provide a call out service they were very helpful and able to recommend a company that could. Thank you for your help and support in sorting things out.
