ATM (Toby Carvery Streetly)

Visited here as a family get together with people who enjoy a carvery. It wouldn't normally be my choice of somewhere to eat as a rule. The food was edible with a decent choice of meats and vegetables. However it was bland tasting with the accompaniments being the most tasty part of the meal. I wonder now if I should have added salt and pepper to my meal to improve the taste. Whilst not at all unpleasant there wasn't anything about the visit that would encourage me to visit again. On a plus the staff were very helpful and engaging.

Very clean very friendly pleasant atmosphere. The food was well presented and a good selection of vegetables this all made for a most enjoyable lunch. This makes a change from Toby carvery at Shenstone which needs updating like Streetly and the food needs improving to be as good as Streetly we will visit again regularly, Streetly has some more converts well done keep it up.

A special place for us and one of our favourite local eateries. Friendly, professional staff. The food is always tasty, well prepared and wholesome with plenty of choice. The ‘mid-week roast’ is very good value, especially when we used a 25% off voucher, kindly sent to my inbox following our previous recent visit. Thank you Toby Carvery. Every little helps a lot!

First time we've been to this particular Toby,, and I can honestly say there was such a difference to other Toby restaurant's.. they were more generous with the meat portions and a wider range of vegetables,, there was even crackling, and the beef was not tough.. staff very welcoming and lovely atmosphere.. I will definitely be going there in the future again. Parking: There is plenty of parking space plus you you enter your registration into the computer when you arrive

Food was great cook was very friendly dishing up dinner, disappointed with the waitress had to ask multiple times for the bill she said because I had a voucher she needed to clear it with her manager but I saw the manager scrolling on his phone and her having chat with colleagues which seemed unprofessional. it actually took longer to get the bill paid for than it was to queue up and eat our meal as a family with a young child it ruined the ending of the meal trying to keep our toddler entertained for such a long time when we was ready to leave the restaurant.

Excellent and efficient welcome. Our waitress was extremely attentive, friendly, efficient, and professional. Managers were out sweeping the floors at the carvery serving queue, cleaning the worktops by the sauces, and checking on the guest experience. All of the staff were polite. Food was absolutely delicious. This was an excellent experience.

Came here for the first time and loved it! Was looked after by Chelsea who directed me towards options for food-I’m a veggie-and was great and attentive all day. The veggie option she recommended was lovely! Food was great value, too.

Service at the carvery counter excellent. Lady who seated us main desk greaterwe asked her for puddings she said she would be back to take our order after 10 mins of waiting had to attract another serversam. Disappointed that the prices online were different to what we were chargedcarvery more expensive than online price I understand you have to raise prices but make sure you update your website. Food was excellent. Server Sam was lovely. Yes overall we shall return.

The wait staff here are always really helpful and accommodating as I use a wheelchair, so put me where I'm not in the way so I can relax. One issue is that the roped off line is not wide enough to queue in and I like to get my own food, to keep as independent as I can as long as I can. The waitress took me to the front counter and unclipped the rope for me to go in, and a few in the queue of elderly people made comments about how lucky I was jumping in, so my husband who was going to carry my food felt he had to wait in the full queue. I didn't want to jump the queue, but wanted to just be normal like everyone else and have there be room for me and my chair, which isn't particularly wide. Every Toby seems to be like this. It's not just this one. I don't know how people with walkers and sticks get on. I don't want attention drawn to me, I just want to get my food unnoticed. I managed to get my food and then had to get to the gravy station with it on my lap. There was a staff member there who then helped me who was lovely. Got to the table and the food was cold, gravy was lukewarm, even though I started it before my husband came over. I had half a slice of turkey and gammon, which was nice but smaller than the man's portion in front of me in the line. Potatoes and cauliflower cheese good, but Stuffing had powder under the dry piece I picked up. I don't feel the portion of meat was enough and I'm a slim lady and don't eat much. My husband had a slightly bigger portion of meat. I feel like the staff do their best but the set up is difficult and we aren't the sort of people to take advantage. I know it gets busy, so it puts me off going on a weekend/Sunday. Hopefully it's different/better if you go other times of the year but we went weekday 2 weeks before Xmas. Parking: Only a few disabled spaces and as elderly clientele they go fast. I have a wheelchair vehicle and have to unload from the back and need space, we've had to leave it in the past as couldn't get a space to safely unload. Wheelchair accessibility: The roped off area to queue is ridiculous. Not wide enough for my standard sized wheelchair. The staff let me in at the front but then people in the line made comments making me feel very uncomfortable, and I'm not easily bothered. I just want to go unnoticed and get dinner quietly like everyone else. Every Toby I've been in is set up the same, so not the fault of the Parson and Clerk

What a wonderful staff team! They opened early to allow my son some ice cream which was so kind of them. The staff were so friendly and attentive and made this a lovely experience. Good food at a decent price but it is the staff who will make people come back to this restaurant. Thank you all.Food: 5/5
