Worst bank around, I've accounts with various banks and HSBC is the bottom of the pit, from real life to online, it's all useless and a waste of time, will be closing my account as soon as they get the website to work, had enough, wages go in later than every other bank overnight, what is the difference, just do it at 12am, stop acting up, making a payment via app or website is slow slow slow, calling customer services is pointless and a headache n a half even getting through, not even a bank in my view, just a waste.

I visit a branch in Southport today. I just stepped inside the bank, and immediately was approached by the manager who offered a help. When I explained the reason of my visit, the manager informed a colleague of hers about my case and I was offered support. Joyce, who was dealing with my case, was professional, very patient and had a great sense of humour. I am a very satisfied customer.
Really helpful staff - nothing's too much trouble. Clare was so kind and understanding when I visited with my elderly father last week. She wears a dementia helper badge and treated my father with patience and respect. Thank you Clare - he's still talking about you!
Beautiful building! Inside, it doesn't seem to get very busy. The service is what you expect from a HSBC bank. The staff are helpful enough if you ever need help, and with the online banking and mobile banking apps, visiting a bank is becoming like a treat nowadays!
Closed, for a "spruce up". Thanks for the heads up and the now 40 mile round trip I have to make. Worst bank ever, biggest financial mistake I made was changing to HSBC, been nothing but a joke.
Poor experience there 1244pm and the staff inform me that they are closing soon and don’t have time to give me some forms to open my son an account when they don’t actually close until 1pm and don’t offer an appointment service
Needs wheelchair access and for prams I'm surprised this is allowed with the steps leading upto the bank being the only access to the building. Staff otherwise friendly and helpful
If you want to know why banks are shutting branches then go to this branch. Unhelpful negative staff with a "go on line" attitude! "Computer says no!"
The staff there are lovely but there is no disabled access so I can't get in the bank
