A lady who sits at reception has poor customer service skills. The solicitors are knowledgeable and know what they are doing, but reception starts laughing at clients and their problems. Instead of reassurance and empathy, you are made to feel intimidated. The office does not have a fixed opening time, doors not open, so if people have to go to work, they cannot rely on these people, as the office is still closed at 10am. I recommend the management send the admin staff on training for customer service skills.

Great firm of solicitors. Would highly recommend. Have had an excellent experience and very efficient and knowledgeable with the work I entrusted to them. Look forward to working with them again very soon!!!

EXCELLENT Advice and Service. Been to many solicitors, but have to say after many bad experiences found a firm that actually cared as much as me and got good a result in a difficult situation.

This place is a joke, shouldn't be a solicitors firm and needs to be investigated, it's like a firm for friends and family and is extremely unprofessional and very rude staff.
Do not use this firm if you want the job done professionally
