Helpful staff was professionally informed. Good product range and price is reasonable. Unfortunately they can't fix my mum mobility scooter, but they helped us to find a solution for this.
Great customer service. Phoned with a brief inquiry about a perching stool for my mum. The guy I spoke with was really understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's like they're helping you shoulder the stress of caring as well as providing stuff you need. My mum's occupational therapist rated the quality of their equipment as exactly what they recommend too, so yeah, they're doing everything right. Thank you, and good luck in 2022 :
Never, ever again! Like another reviewer has said, a total rip off! You do not quote an initial figure, and then change it twice to a higher price started at £97.50 and went up to £120, or if you do, you should keep the customer informed of any changes in cost, before presenting them with the final bill, so they can decide whether they wish to go ahead. That is just polite/officiant customer service, not rocket science!!!

Fantastic Service from start to finish! Don’t know how I would have coped post Op without the kit I got from these guys! Can’t recommend them highly enough! Local with great customer services, usually hard to find these days!
It’s so important to support small high street businesses. Online purchases of mobility aids can be very risky, it’s better to visit a small business and get their expert advice.
Our Son in law ruptured his Achilles Tendon and we were due to go on holiday. We hired a great mobility scooter that easily fitted into our car boot. Friendly service, hire of a great product that was invaluable while away. We were contacted half way through the holiday to see how we were getting on with the scooter. First rate service and product.
Really helpful. Always the place I go to. They always go the extra mile. Make you feel supported and that your not in this situation on your own. Lovely place
Called them out booked an appointment and they didn't turn up. Had to call them an hour after they were due to be told that I was outside their area. They never even bothered to call me to cancel. Can't comment on their actual services but this doesn't inspire confidence when someone is awaiting a visit for someone disabled.
