Although I’m not a registered patient at this surgery, I regularly liaise with the team in my capacity as a healthcare professional, particularly regarding patient referrals.nnI have always found the clinical, managerial, and administrative staff to be exceptionally professional, efficient, and helpful.nnI would highly recommend The Atherstone Surgery.

I foned this morning at 8.30 an was caller 1 when it came to answering the fone they hung up an I called back to be above 30 absolutely useless doctors surgeries are getting worse an all I needed was a repeat prescription so now I'm having to get in the car to go down after being on an nightshift not happy.

I have come in today with a same-day appointment. The receptionist gave me an appointment within 20 mins of my call. I had Mrs Karla Nairn seeing me today, she was lovely and very charming during my visit. All you hope for when going to the doctors is finding somebody that empathises with you, and Mrs Karla went beyond that.

Out of hours surgery easy to find. Plenty of parking,nClean and tidy surgery
