It is always a pleasure to visit the Athenaeum, either to watch one of the excellent shows or taking part with one of the drama societies. There is such a welcoming and friendly community of people who all share a love of the theatre

went to see beauty and the beast. it was an absolutely wonderful performance by all cast and the band, they did a outstanding job. well done Apollo productions i would go see this again somewhere else. The sound engineer at the Warminster athenaeum is quite clearly deaf, i was constantly irritated by cast members voices appearing from the ceiling and left side of the stage when they were on the right of stage. there was absolutely no sound coming from the right hand side of the stage ,they should go and learn something about how to use microphones correctly and which ones should be used. The word "monitoring" might be useful to learn along with the phrase "cue point" and what it means. whoever you are ,you should quit 'cos you're a word that rhymes with quit.
