Assured Property Rentals have managed my two properties for 14 years and I can truly say that the experience has been stress free and profitable for me. Assured Property and their great team have always ensured replacement tenants have been found quickly and any work needed has been carried out to a high standard and efficiently. Payments have always been on time and his office staff have always been welcoming and happy to carry out any tasks I might have. The owner has always given sound advice when I've asked for it and I have found this to be totally unbiased - which is quite unusual in this day and age. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Assured Property Rentals to anyone with property they wish to rent out with none of the headaches that this could normally warrant

Highly recommend them. We have rented from Assured for the past five years and are very, very pleased with their service. Nothing is too much trouble, if you have a problem they sort it quickly, with the minimum amount of fuss and bother. Our experiences with a couple of other companies who let properties have not be so good.

Poor. Do not look after tenants. We spent a year trying to sort out mold and damp problems with no luck. Had to move due to stress and worries about childrens health. Avoid at all costs. Brilliant if you're a landlord though.

We found Assured Property Rentals who let and manage our properties very helpful- nothing is too much trouble- and we are extremely pleased with their service. We strongly recommend their services to anyone who would like their properties let or managed.

We had a two bed house in Baptist Mills in Bristol that we wanted to let out, Assured Property Rentals helped us every step of the way, they took care of everything including finding tenants and the legal side of things, their fees were very reasonable and a regular monthly payment was paid into our bank, we were very happy with their service  - Highly Recommended
