This company charges £100 for you to have a 'check out' for a property so do not expect your bond/deposit back as you would normally with other companies. Customer service is poor, asked for a phone call from the branch manager, was told that this would happen. Two weeks later there still has not been a call. Various deductions on leaving the property, one was £60 for removal of dusting from skirting boards in a small toilet and a stairs/landing. That was all that was shown on the report....£60 specifically for those two areas, ridiculous charge. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
