Staff is good and place is well-maintained. However, the access hours are absolutely the worst. Evening access is not available and there is no access on holidays. . Weekends have limited hours as well. As expensive as it is, I would think they would be better access. As soon as my lease ends, I’m going elsewhere.
Truly the worst customer service. Go anywhere else, there are so many other self storage places. The hours make it very difficult for people who work anything other than a 9-5 schedule. This place has the most limited hours. Do not recommend.
So far, so good. 7pm is a tad early to close, but it's a nice place, and i like it overall!
The staff at this location works with you on your storage needs. From the first time I arrived, they worked with me on my relocation and storage needs. I appreciate it because I was coming to San Diego from Northern California. They usually have ample storages available and you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime. Highly recommend this location. The prices are just right. I did research in the area and they were priced the lowest. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Go to Associated Self Storage.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unit was conveniently sized for my needs. Hours are a tad limited, but I received great customer service. Conveniently located near the freeway.
What can I say it's a storage facility.... there clean and hours are perfect.
Decent place to store your stuff if you're okay with termite droppings. Other than that and getting there during the open hours, everything is pretty good.
Omg this place is a life.saver, it was easy to secure a unit with Associated and store my belongings. Thank you Angela and Associated for your your help!
