My local Estate Planner (John) arranged to see us at our home address in Colchester in an evening which was very convenient for me, as I work Monday to Friday. Throughout the appointment he was professional, polite and very informative about the whole process of will making and gave invaluable advice about many things including exposure to inheritance tax and care home fees. 
Despite my initial reservations, I have nothing but praise for Assist Law, who have been superb throughout the whole process, and we received our completed wills in a very timely manner. 
I would have no hesitation in recommending Assist Law, and particularly John, who has been invaluable to us.

These people phone non stop and are infuriating.  With any luck they'll need their own will soon.

Nuisance calls from this firm. Call centre staff lie to you. I called off a private number and "James" said he would remove me from their call list using the number I called from and hung up on me. He must have magical powers. Wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling back so I couldn't access their services even if I wanted to. AVOID!!!!!

Definitely recommend!!
I had a lovely home visit and received my Will within 1 month (Great service). When i received my will i didn't totally understand the legal part. However i rang and spoke to someone in the legal department who was more then happy to help me. One Happy Customer!

Good advice and service! 
Discussed and finalized our Wills within an hour and received it within a few weeks to sign. Friendly people on the phones and a really decent price, would recommend
