I started training with Dean in the new year and after 12 weeks my fitness levels, health and lifestyle are 100% improved.  I have dropped a dress size and lost a total of 13 inches overall.  Met some amazing people and Dean and the other members are so supportive.  Finally exercising is fun.  Would definitely recommend it!!

I've been training with Dean at Assert Fitness for over a year now. I've dropped one dress size and my level of fitness and my overall physical and mental health has changed considerably. I would highly recommend this group. You get varied and focused fitness training, life coaching and excellent nutrition advice. Whether you go to the 6am or 6pm session everyone is really enthusiastic and friendly and I have made some lovely new friends.

My name is Kevin Rice and I have been training at Assert fitness for over 2 years now and it has become a way of life for me now.I have always been involved in sport all my life but at 50 I was on a downward spiral with weight issues, injuries and problems with digestion.2 years on I have lost weight got stronger again and have cut out a lot of bad food substituting with healthier options.As a result now at 53 I feel fitter than I have done in 20 years and can deal with the pressures of work leading to a better work life balance.
