Ordering process was fine, product arrived nicely presented however I would advise only to order from here if you are able to grind whole beans.  Their order page give you a section to specify if you need the coffee ground as part of the order but they ignored this and sent whole bean anyway which I cannot use.  Attempted to contact them via email for support however have been unable to get a reply from them so if you need your coffee ground I'd avoid this company.  --EDIT--  After posting this review they got in touch with me quickly and resolved this issue, thank you for this I have added a star to the review to reflect this.

Great for buying coffee beans but don't expect a flat white to takeaway.

Best place to buy coffee beans in Brixton. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Can't recommend highly enough.  Can't wait until they start a coffee bar.

I've placed an order via the online store. The first delivery was incomplete. After a second try, I received all of my coffee. Customer support was polite and responded fast. Nevertheless it took about 3 weeks until I received all of my coffee.  The beans were freshly roasted and they taste really good......

I've used their online store numerous times over 3 or so years and have always had reliable experiences.
