From the moment I walked into the gym I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. I’ve had 3 sessions with Adam the past few weeks following an injury to my ankle. I can’t stress enough how intelligent and professional Adam is; He give me a lot of crucial information about my injury. The knowledge and confidence I now have to carry on my rehab working away from home is all thanks to Adam. Highly recommend Aspire Physio to absolutely anyone.
Three months ago I booked an appointment with Emily at Aspire Physio UK having struggled with knee pain for a few months. She managed to find the issue straight away and pin pointed strengthening exercises for me to do. Booking sessions every 3 weeks and sticking to the plan I feel better than I have for years and I'm now back playing sport when I thought I may not do so again. I would 100% recommend if you're having issues. Well worth the money going private.
I have used Aspire Physio UK twice now, once with Micky and once with Adam, for ongoing sessions. I was made to feel very understood and listened to with both issues and the treatment I received was brilliant. Thanks to both Micky and Adam I now feel stronger and can highly recommend this clinic. I could not recommend Adam & the team highly enough if you are seeking professional help and guidance in relation to an injury. My injury had been my ACL. From the very outset Adam made it clear what my goals & objectives were and how these would be achieved. This was crucial for me as I had been longing for a return to sport, and so it was imperative that I had realistic targets to keep me positive & focussed. Adam clearly highlighted my weaknesses strength in my legs and gave me a plan to follow in the gym to improve this. With Adam you also receive a proper understanding of your injury which is excellent as I believe all the knowledge gained with Adam will help me reduce the likeliness of similar injuries occurring again. He eliminates all the guesswork for you and allows you to gain a true understanding of your injury whilst simultaneously making it better. Again, would like to thank Adam and the team so much as I’m in such a better place both physically and mentally as a result of their outstanding service. Cheers!
I was referred to Adam at Aspire following a bad groin injury. The nhs scanned and found inflammation causing pain during most form of exercise. I Am a few months from being signed off and Adam has totally transformed me from the person who walked in just wanting a way to exercise and play football again. I would recommend any person with any physical struggle to seek there expertise because it really can be life changing and pain killers are a thing of the past for me. I can’t thank you enough for all your help.

As a paid athlete I have been struggling with a lot of injuries. I Started working with Adam at aspire in February, I had issues with my shoulder, hip, and knee, I couldn’t squat, deadlift or bench press any weight, after a few weeks of working with Adam I could do all three. Adam showed me how to perform with better techniques to reduce injuries and structured a warm up plan for me to do before every workout. All of this has helped me to no end.
I went to Adam after a trip to A&E due to not being able to move my neck comfortably, if at all. I didn’t really feel listened to or understood by the nurse so I booked in with Adam that night. He was unbelievably thorough and I felt listened to and understood. I’d previously felt like I was overreacting and like my pain wasn’t important. Adam gave me lots of help and advice on what the problem actually is and I feel confident it’s something I can now manage and improve. Highly recommend and very happy with the service

I approached Aspire around 3 months after my ACL reconstruction. It was the best action I could have taken, as from the minute I met Adam I received an exceptional service that helped me on my road to recovery. He was so professional and friendly and put me at ease straight away, as he listened to my concerns. He assessed my situation and spotted my weaknesses and put together a programme for me to follow to help me regain the strength I needed to return to sport. He was available at any time through email to offer me any guidance on any queries I had. Another massive benefit is you have the fantastic use of the facilities in the gym, that’s available during your physio sessions. Throughout my time with Aspire, I also worked with Ryan and Emily. They were both fantastic with me and as a team their knowledge was second to none and both were extremely supportive. I can’t thank Adam and the Aspire team enough for the effort that was put in and the confidence they have given me to return to sport football. As although I couldn’t wait to play again, I was nervous about the prospect of re-injury if I returned too soon. However, after following Adam’s plan as well as passing all the relevant strength tests which he assessed me on. I felt confident and assured enough to know I was ready to play again. I would not hesitate to recommend Aspire to anyone who is looking for any form of physiotherapy, an absolutely superb service!
