I have been several times and tried different dishes and has always been excellent. Staff is attentive, food is freshly prepared and tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. I recommend and plan to keep visiting for more delicious food.Food: 5/5

Worst frutti di mari I've ever had in my life. Non fresh ingredients, kept in the freezer for a long time.

Had a lovely meal here with friends for my retirement. Meal was lovely and although we all had something different for our main course, everyone was delighted with what they had. Most of us had the salted caramel sundae which was delicious and one person had the tiramasu which was equally delicious. Staff were really friendly too. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

I liked the gluten free pizza  and the kids menu was lots to choose from very impressed

came here with my family just for desserts, got in and asked first waitress if there is any tables free and she simply walked away? another waitress came up and asked what we’re looking for and had to repeat myself. we got seated and we’re left 15 mins without getting service, looking over at waitresses that were sitting chatting indicating that we are ready. they came and took the order and left us for a following 20 mins for 5 coffees and 5 desserts. restaurant had max of 10 tables so we didn’t understand what was taking so long. we asked if it’ll be long as we wanted to shop after and we’re spending up to 45 mins for a simple stop for coffee. got the order after wait and 2 of the coffees were wrong but the desserts were good. got our bill and mentioned to a small blonde waitress that we werent giving tip although the dessert was good the waiting time was extensive. the waitress then replied “if you’re looking for a quick coffee then stop by starbucks or costa”. we were taking aback by this rudeness and lack of accountability from the staff. the same waitress then watched us leave and said “bye” in a snide and sarcastic way. will not be returning as i expect better. i’ve worked in hospitality when i was waiting 10+ tables on my own and wouldn’t leave a table this long, and when receiving feedback i would apologise and take it correctly. absolutely shocking.

Pasta wasn't al dente it was hard and it felt like it was reheated because partly pasta looked tosted,  and no sauce at all. All together was so dry combined with soggy meet, not nicely smeared as it used to be, asparagus in trace amounts. Calzone was already soggy too but it is delivery fault it took too long I guess. Very sad as it is my favourite place to eat. I used to order online and also eat in and always my pasta was just perfect. What happened now?..

Meal was so hot, it burnt my tongue. Asked to have on plate to cool down and staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Will not be back in future either

Although king prawns were lacking in my pasta, the food is delicious . Hope it doesn't happen again on your next order.

Very dissapointed about the order recived. I’ve ordered a portion of Butterfly King Prawns, and I paid £7.50 + delivery. I received 4 king prawns, hidding shy in the corner of the box. I”ll attach pictures. Note: on Deliveroo app doesn’t state the portion include 4 x prawns.
