We went there Sunday afternoon when only couple of tables were occupied, however it took the waiters such a long time to take our order and serve, it was almost ridiculous. The menu isn't overflowing with Italian dishes, there are only 3-4 pizzas, pastas, and everything is overpriced. The restaurant pretends to be something it's not which is a fancy Italian restaurant.
Ask isn't often thought of for Italian it seems its usually carluccios more often than not, but the food here is great and the service is great as well. Slightly pricier than other restaurants, but the atmosphere is nice. It's usually not too loud, and the food is always fresh and hot.
Myself and my family visited here, they were cleaning the air conditioning units whilst we were eating, seeing dust/dirt falling onto tables that were set for service, these didn't get reset prior to customers sitting at them. Prior to opening or after closing would of been more suitable, service was good on a plus note. Dissapointing overall though, I expected better from this chain.
Pretty good. Lovely service and food was plentiful and very tasty.
Great waiting staff let down by poor kitchen. Customers left waiting a substantial amount of time. Food was okay, however presentation not okay. Unlikely to return.
Never had a bad dining experience here. Food always tastes great & is evenly priced. Child friendly too.

Fantastic restaurant. We arrived and were greeted by a kind member of staff straight away. We were then given a choice of a table which is always good and then were asked which drinks we wanted very quickly. The starters and main courses were delicious and fresh and the service provided by the waitress was absolutely fantastic.
It was clear that was short staffed however the waiter remained friendly and professional. Was a bit of a wait to order which is understandable considering the circumstance. However, the food arrived quickly and we all enjoyed including our little girl who can be quite fussy! Also provided crayons to ensure she was entertained whilst waiting. Restaurant was clean as well and nicely lit.
Excellent food and service! Took care of all 8 of us from when we entered right up to when we were leaving. The only slight hitch was one dessert which they had run out of but it was an honest mistake and the staff apologies were so genuine that it was quickly forgotten. Top quality experience!
