We had a voucher to use, and personally I’d never eaten in ASK before! We certainly weren’t disappointed. Three courses were had, and each one was really good. We had Chicken Lecca-Lecca and N’duja & Cheese Dough Bites to start, simply yum! For mains we went for the pizza, the Salami Misti, finished off with the Blood Orange Chocolate Tart and Baked Chocolate Gnocchi. A lovely meal, we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend

A fantastic visit to ASKitalian in Cheltenham Gloucestershire. The staff are brilliant, polite, professional and extremely friendly. Nothing they can't do. The manager was work very hard too in support of her staff and customers. Was great to see leadership back in the game as so many businesses they are normally not seen! The place was very clean and tidy, nothing out of place, all tables bussed and ready to go. Comfortable seating with various ares in and outside to suit your needs. The food was really really nice, great quality ingredients and A great range of choices including a varied drinks list. The prices were all very reasonable. I would totally recommend ASKitalian to anyone who is looking for that "little extra" we don't seem to be able to find with the regular chains...who seem to of given up on customers satisfaction. Thank you everyone your doing a fantastic job. Much appreciated Vegetarian options: Vegan options on menu Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the front door, wide, no lower door frame, large spaces between tables. Not sure about disabled loo, just call and ask they will be more than happy to help
Always a pleasant experience. The food is of a good quality and the service here is first class. Considering there was only a single member of staff he took his time to ensure you understood the menu and any dietary implications. Well worth a visit. Dietary restrictions: Time is taken to explore any dietary requirements.
Call in for lunch today, as it was early we weren't expecting it to be busy. Although quiet it still had a great atmosphere, a member of staff was decorating the windows with freehand drawings for Christmas decorations. I was envious of he ability. The service was as good as the food, excellent !Food: 5/5
The food was to die for, it was delicious but service was a bit slow, especially when the restaurant got busy and people that were waiting left. The waitress was lovely, easy to talk you and get along with and there was one mistake of food but it was easily solved and we were grateful for it. If we go back, we would definitely go back.Food: 5/5
Great food and wonderful service, actually had a genuine conversation with Arabella, who was wonderful. Will definitely visit again, outranks Zizzi in Cheltenham in my books now Vegetarian options: Plenty of options and clearly marked
Always have a great experience here, reasonably priced, lovely staff members, child friendly. On this occasion, the chicken in the salad was quite dry, but we all had a nice time. Their house wine is quite good as well.Food: 4/5
Had a pretty mediocre Christmas meal, staff seemed disinterested, spending most of the evening chatting behind the bar. The main course was under-seasoned and dry my 3rd choice as other options had sold out. Staff were not attentive, had to remind multiple times for drinks & oils. Presentation was really poor - really felt like a sad attempt at Italian food. I think the staff even knew it was bad. We raised the issues we had with the food, and they were strangely quick to give 20, then 30, then 50% discount without us asking. Side note - watch your head in the loo’s. I smacked my head en-route to the gents!
Food was average at best. One friend had to return her pasta as inedible and she's not fussy. They did replace it with a pizza with no fuss and removed from bill. Don't have the cocktails, strawberry mojito was like sugary squash with one mint leaf in. We went around 3pm on a Saturday and it was pretty empty, few more as we left.
