Bought an item online. First time was cancelled as they lost my item, second time I have received nothing and has been 14 days. No communication on the retailers side. Tried calling and emailing, again, nothing. Items look amazing. Online service dismal. A complete joke.  I shall keep this review updated.

Absolute disgrace of a company total fraudsters. The online outfit looked NOTHING like what I ordered. Now whilst I fully appreciate there to be some colour difference from online clothes my item was WAY off. It was oversized and looked so frumpy It took weeks and numerous emails and calls to chase the order and I kept being fobbed off with ‘the tailor needs to blah blah nlah’ I strongly believe they display wonderful outfits and the pictures do look amazing have some cheapo tailor to do a cut n paste job with cheaper fabric then they sell. There is a reason why they sell amazing a list celebrity clothing at s fraction of the price because Asian Couture produce worse than third class goods STAY AWAY P.s dear management please do add further insult by stating that I have the wrong company.

Totally useless bunch of thieving animals working for this company. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE IDIOTS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. DONT BELIEVE THE OTHER GOOD REVIEWS THEY PROBABLY WROTE THEM THEMSELVES. Over 10 days of chasing a purchase and all they can do is pass on a message for someone to contact you, which never happens. Dont believe them when they say it must be a different company I have proof its them. got a email from DPD saying the parcel is on its way a few days after purchase, contacted DPD and they say that Asian Couture have not requested a collection. ITS ALL A SCAM THIEVING SCUM.

Ordered a suit for a wedding, it was nothing like as displayed online; which is fine sometimes these things happen. The suit was nothing as displayed, the colour was off, the material was cheap and the design looked all over the place. However when trying to contact them for the past week they have been nothing but unhelpful. Saying I had to wait for a returns form, then saying one has been sent to me via email which wasn't the case. Still till this day I haven't heard anything after three phone calls and four email exchanges. That's my money down the drain!

Got favorite Kurtis for my sister, they looks gorgeous and one can move comfortably. The material is lightweight and feels great. I followed the size chart, was a bit generous, and it fits perfectly.

Items sent are nothing like on website. Don't bother sending measures or choosing a size for custom stitching as they will send out any size they want. Quality is laughable and communication to rectify issues are appalling. SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

Please don’t shop from here! Save yourself the stress and hassle! This company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Firstly they send me the wrong item and secondly it’s now been nearly 7 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund! Do not trust them. The are cons! Thieves!

Bought two dresses online a few months ago for a wedding not recived  them messaged them several times phoned customer service all customer service is saying they will contact me but nothing no refund no explanation nothing total rip offs no one shop here they will take your money and not care if you have the items or not never experienced anything like this in my life appalling how any human can do this I had to go to a store and buy new outfits made me waste more money don't know how people like this sleep at night knowing you do stuff like that to customers what if it was you no one should do that to anyone I have proof in my emails I purchased from you payed but not received anything all I want is my refund so heartless no care in the world on customers please take my advice people and go in a store and purchase your outfits don't do it online as you will be ripped off
