I have been so grateful for the fantastic support and guidance that Diana provided in the sale of our flat. Due to increasingly onerous buildings regulations on leasehold properties and liaising with a busy management agency the sale process was longer and more complex than expected. Diana consistently kept us informed and updated throughout the process.

Diana at Ashworths was recommended to us by a friend, who had had a good experience during their house purchase.  We had a particularly difficult purchase to negotiate, but Diana has been really responsive, and very committed to helping us make it happen.  We had emails and conversations about how best to manage a very tricky vendor, and I appreciated the time she took to consider all of this with me.  The case was also passed seamlessly to another solicitor while Diana was on leave, so that this didn't hold up the process at a critical time.  We were so pleased when it all worked out in the end, many thanks Diana

I cannot recommend Ashworths highly enough. Both Diana and Mariam have been fantastic throughout and are everything you'd want from people managing the sale or purchase of a property. I used Ashworths for the sale of a flat and due to service management issues and the buyer's solicitors there were lengthy delays but Diana was taking every step to minimise this providing alternative suggestions and keeping me informed every step of the way. Whenever I rang up, and towards the end of the sale this became daily, she was available and knew exactly where things were up to. I then used Ashworths for the purchase of a property and again, things couldn't have gone more smoothly. We were so prepared that we were able to exchange a month in advance of completion. Having used some less than great solicitors in the past, I cannot thank Ashworths enough for everything they've done. To take the stress out of moving and know you're in good hands, I'd absolutely recommend Ashworths to anyone.

Over the last few years I have used Ashworths Solicitors a number of times, for both residential property transactions and commercial leases. Claire Wright and her team provide an excellent service and are very reliable. I would recommend her for commercial property matters and I will be using Ashworths again in the future.

As an agent we just passed Jamie Coates a difficult case that another solicitor was not willing to deal with.  He dealt with it efficiently and speedily and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
