Amazing GP surgery. They are responsive. Always had same day service. Not at all like the horror stories you hear about across the media. They are caring, very hard working and try to resolve your issues with you. Not shy about making appropriate referrals and will follow up with you. They also seek patient feedback and have an active community group and garden linked to the practice. Please keep doing what you do, it is really valued. I feel privileged to have this surgery as my local GP.
I can't thank the GPs and practice staff at Ashville Surgery enough for the great work they do. The online system is easy to use - GPs are quick to respond and are always helpful. Reception staff are patient, respectful and kind. It's a really well run practice. Thank you!
I recently transferred to Ashville after consistently poor service from another local surgery. I'm so pleased to have made the decision. The service has been excellent from administrative staff, GPs and nurses. I have a couple of long-term conditions that are troublesome to manage and I've had very helpful advice from Ashville. I have no hesitation in recommending the surgery based on my experience so far.
I have been an Ashville Surgery patient for over 40 years. I stay because of the geographical convenience and high quality care.nnI particularly appreciate the way they use modern technology. For example today I explained my symptoms in an online form and uploaded two photographs. The doctor rang me back shortly afterwards with all my uploaded information available.
There's only 1 good doctor in the entire practice, which is kinda crazy. The rest are blunt and unapproachable. They never give you the same doctor, so you have to explain everything again to each doctor bc for some reason they don't read the notes prior to the appointment.nThe GP I spoke to seemed weirded out by anything id said and it felt like I had to come up with my own diagnosis . VERY unhelpful and VERY unfriendly, no wonder ppl just go to askgpt
