This has to be one of the most depressing experiences in Brighton. There are clearly some significant staff and management issues here. Staff seem miserable and demotivated - social graces are almost non-existant and there's an unpleasant atmosphere of stress and frustration. I hope that someone important reads the poor reviews here and addresses the problems.

I went to the walk in clinic next to the station and they gave me a prescription for antibiotics, so I went to Ashton’s pharmacy and they doubled checked my prescription and it didn’t seem right to them. They said to me that the clinic gave me the wrong dosage, so they called them up and the clinic agreed with them that they gave me the wrong prescription! Not only did they potentially save me from harm but they were so polite and friendly! I felt really taken care of! Thank you!

Ashton's is a life saver. So many times I got tooth ache or other problems late on a Friday or over the weekend and they are the only place around open and willing to help. Also, somebody said that the blond pharmacist is rude. Not so. He is straight talking and knows his stuff, he has helped many times in the past.

Refused to give medication over weekend until they could check with prescriber , very unhelpful when had an emergency appointment to get the prescription. Pharmacist lacked people skills and could see I needed my prescription but did NOTHING to help me when in that situation!! Shame you can't give 0 stars !
