I bought a reclining sofa from Ashley in August and was delivered after 6 weeks, the colour we peak from the store and colour we received it’s completely different so we were return it within 2 hours and picked by delivery people within a week Now we didn’t pick anything after that because we had a bad experience with sales manager swashtha she is the one order from their system and doesn’t realize she is ordering different colour anyways, now we asked for the refund, called multiple time talked with sales manager there is a zero communication between customers and sales manager, nobody wants to deal with it because it’s return and order cancelled so they lose their commission. Moreover even they sent you a wrong product still you need to pay delivery fees $79 to picked the product from your home be aware of this situation and they didn’t returned your money 10% deposit you pay of your total purchaseif you even don’t want to buy anything after that so I lose my 10%, just take precautions when you buy Something from Ashley and clarify with sales manager at every step , they are hurry to finish your order and they are not knowledgeable. Even if you decide to finance with your order, the company name Fairstone, they are not good with either, their customer service is worst so finally what I am saying if you buy anything from Ashley and your purchase is not going into your favour you stuck with your purchase and it’s really difficult to deal with those people, it’s better to go somewhere else
Got my daughter's bed and dresser today. After the delivery guys left, went to take a look. Turns out the dresser is damaged on the corner. Conveniently, the photo they took of it delivered cuts off the damaged part. So, now waiting on a claim to fix or replace our brand new dresser. The service at the store was AMAZING and the furniture is beautiful otherwise. Will update my review once we find out how the damaged piece will be dealt with. *update. I'm actually lowering the rating to a 2. The dresser was fixed and looks fine, but a new one should have been received as we payed for a new dresser, not a damaged one. When the drivers returned to pick it up to be fixed, the basically admitted that they caused the damage and knew about it. Not impressed with that kind of service. Also, my husband called several times to speak with the store manager and was told that she was "in a meeting" each time. She had another employee call back instead. This is not good customer service at all.
We went into Ashley Home Furniture with the idea of starting to look for a new couch to purchase in the next year or so. We have had a horrible time getting a decent couch in the last 3 years and are quite picky. As soon as we saw the new couch, we ultimately purchased, it was ease and Shavani was great to deal with. Zero pressure even asking if we were certain we wanted to proceed. She invited us to walk around and talk more privately, offered our kids a warm drink when they were cold. Truly a great experience and she ensured the delivery time would work for us. The delivery team came earlier than the expected time based on the tracker, faster than even the text updates. They were quick, efficient and kind Not all the throw pillows expected came but it was a quick call and they’ll be delivered in the next few weeks. Which is fine because we have a couple as is. Very happy with our experience thus far! I’m holding out on that fifth star only because if we need to use our warranty, I hope it’s just as positive.
We recently had a wonderful experience at Ashley Home Store, and we’d like to share our positive review. Every item we ordered arrived exactly as expected. A special thanks to the store manager, Jenny, and Alex, who went above and beyond to assist us during our visit. Their professionalism and attentive service made the entire shopping process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience at Ashley Home Store.
I dealt with Jordan, he was informative without being pushy. Tried his best to get us the best deal. Every one else was helpful and fun. When spending alot of money it should be fun
I very rarely leave bad reviews but I’ll make an exception for this company as whole if it can help to deter any reader from shopping there. Note that the character limit has made me omit quite a few details, but my complaint to the Better Business Bureau will include everything. In February 2024, my partner and I came to this store to shop for a couch. We found one we liked and bought it that day. After tax, the total came to just over $2,900. Expected delivery was May 4th. This was a long wait but at least we were told of the delay. Finally, in late June nearly two months after the expected delivery date I get the couch. Seems nice at first. After about two weeks, the cushions are totally shot. If you’re curious, the model is “Larce-Exclusive 2 Piece Sectional with Chaise”. If you read the product reviews on the Ashley website, there are several complaints of the cushions having poor support, not holding their shape, and essentially letting your butt sink down to the springs. My partner and I are both lightweight, yet with hardly any use, the couch completely lost its shape and we’re flipping the cushions every day just to get the slightest bit of rear support. Funny enough, the product page reads “… maintains tight, wrinkle-free look without dips or sags that can occur over time with sinuous spring foundations”. Again, after only a *few weeks*, you could visibly see that cushions are sunken in and uncomfortable. I’d expect this after five years with a cheap couch, but how can you justify charging $3k for this garbage? At first, we put up with it. In September, we decide this is enough. We go back to the store because we wanted to show staff pictures and videos of our couch compared to their pristine floor model. The first employee to speak to us was understanding, but uninterested in hearing us explain what our problem was. She said she’ll get the sales manager for us. So we wait. While waiting, a second employee named Manpreet approaches us and asks what we’re waiting for. We tell her there’s an issue with our couch and we’re waiting for the sales manager. She tells us there’s nothing they can do, the sales manager is busy, and even if she was available, she would tell us to report online. I understand this is how Ashley has set up their complaint system deflect and redirect until the customer gives up, but the very least they could do was hear us out. We felt unseen, no one looked at our videos, not a single staff there has the slightest idea what our problem is because none of them cared to listen. Manpreet hands us a paper card with a phone number to text an automated “Eva”. She tells us we can even send Eva pictures. This company rather us send images of our issue to an AI text system rather than have an employee standing right in front of us take a look. Anyway, we go home after Manpreet shoo’d us out of the store, and we text the mighty robot Eva. She asks for our serial number tag, and when I ask Eva where I can find that, she just keeps repeating herself screenshot included. So now I’m at a dead end. I call customer service. I speak to an agent, and before hearing my whole issue, she also tells me to text Eva. Classy. I told her I can’t do that because she’s not understanding what I say. I get redirected once again to start an online chat with an online agent. This agent says all they can do for me is a ONE TIME restuffing of the cushions. I tell her I’m inclined to just ask for a refund, because obviously the issue will persist after ten days of using the same poor quality cushion. She says I cannot request a refund after 2 days of having the couch. Absolute joke. If your couch from Ashley has a major failure on day 3, you’re stuck with it I guess. We accept her offer. This week, the cushions were delivered. We were told it’s best to contact them again once the cushions are delivered so that a technician can properly restuff it without tearing the fabric. Today, I reach out to schedule the technician. The soonest date? December 5th, two months away. Shop elsewhere.
My husband and I were in to buy a couch. We dealt with Sal, he was awesome to deal with and very knowledgeable. Thanks for all your help Sal! We absolutely love this couch!
Delivery team were excellent. The truck tracker was fun and accurate to let me know when to expect the delivery.
Working with Sal at Ashley was a very positive and pleasant experience. He listened to our needs about what kind of couch we were looking for and really helped narrow down the perfect sectional for us. Sal helped make our shopping experience fun and stress free and I’m happy that he was there to help guide us in the right direction. I couldn’t recommend this place more and I look forward to doing future business with both Sal and Ashley furniture. Thanks guys!
From the start, going into Ashley’s to the delivery, everything was great. Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. The delivery was painless. They were very respectful when they delivered the table and quick.
