Absolutely fab service, all different options were explained in order for me to choose the vacuum cleaner. Also the after service was great and all parts, bags and belts were always in stock. The prices are also the same as in Argos and the service knocks the socks of those big stores.

If you want anything above zero customer service DO NOT go to this shop even if they seem helpful on the phone.

My Kenwood mixer was still under warranty when the latch broke, however I had mislaid the receipt. As an approved repair centre for Kenwood I rang the shop beforehand to ask if the repair could be undertaken without a receipt and was told that the order number from John Lewis would suffice.
When I arrived at the shop a couple of days later with my mixer the owner refused to take the John Lewis order number as proof of receipt despite the fact that it was his daughter that I had spoken to. I got no apology for the misinformation or any acknowledgement that his daughter should not have said this and he flatly refused to honour what she had told me. All I had was a wasted 30 mile round trip and received what is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
If I could have given a rating of 0 I would have done.

Would not recommend at all. The service is very poor and not helpful
