Have just got two words STAY AWAY!!! Do not give this company any work as you will regret it. We had a bathroom remodeling done by them two years ago and have had nothing but trouble, cracked sink, three extractor fans, shower gets blocked and so does the sink the doors to the shower don't stay open keep sliding shut and the customer care is none existent. To top it all we have just had a frozen pipe in the loft due to the plumber not lagging the pipes to the shower properly ( I use the word plumber loosly ). Now we have got to have walls taken out and plaster taken off and it will be months before it is put right all for the sake of correct pipe insulation!!!!!!

We had an ensuite shower and bathroom fitted in April 2017. All looked well. After a short while the shower door leaks and the shower tray developed a depression in the middle and you can feel it moving when you are in the shower. It has taken over six months to get anyone out to look at the fault and two months after it was looked and found to be a fault, we still are awaiting replacement shower tray and door. We have left numerous telephone messages and text messages with Dan and haven't heard anything back. A short time after the bath was fitted, the overflow leaked onto the celling below. After numerous phone calls, emails and arguments eventually a plumber came out and fixed the overflow pipe which had fell off the bath unit. The arguments generally lie with who is responsible for the works. At no time when the quotes were issued ( no formal quotes were ever issued, just some workings out which we weren't allowed to keep) Ashby Tile & Bathrooms ONLY supply the units and allegedly project manage the installation. A subcontractor is used for installation and you have to pay him separately. This is not made clear at time of placing your order. Then the arguments start when faults arise. Not AT&B issue as we didn't do the works. When you are sitting in the show room, all you hear is how good AT&B works are and if you have any issues they will get sorted as " We pride our selves on customer service" absolute rubbish. A friend of mine was looking for a bathroom replacement and asked who I used, I suggested to steer well clear as after completing the works, you will struggle to get hold of Dan if you have a problem. My friend never even gave Ashby tile & bathroom a call. I wish we had used another firm. Beware, the sales talk isn't backed up.

Use at your own risk. Our bathroom was done over 10 months ago, and we are still having ongoing issues with the bathroom, the workmanship was beyond terrible. Products failing left right and center. The management, don’t know how to organize. Nobody turns up when promised. Hassle you to pay but… once you paid they don’t want to know. Also...... we have had another company out to “put the work right” we have been quoted thousands as the bathroom is not fit for use in many areas. We also have a serious leak that has caused our ceiling to go brown in certain parts, but the most serious part was not fixing the shower correctly - causing it to smash our shower tray late one night. Thank god nobody was in the shower at the time. We have chased up. Nobody has come back to us. So now we have given up. We warn others. When we had the price compared to others we should have been running for the hills, but our best intentions had backfired on us.

Excellent service! Speedy and efficient! Customer service was spot on and he recommended products for my budget. Very reasonable on price. The fitters were fab and asked me my opinion as they went along and checked in regularly. They worked hard to complete in a short time window and tiling was perfect! Thanks. I would definitely recommend!

Planning was a slight issue, but have no issues with quality of installation, in fact it is excellent, had shower upgrade together with shower area, the team of fitters that carried out the work Rich, Asa and Lee, could not be faulted, they were all polite, clean, (all rubbish was cleared away), hard working and kept me informed of progress through out, the standard of work was first class, I am very pleased with end result in fact the transformation of shower and shower area is amazing, thanks.
