Worst spray tan I’ve ever had , first time the woman made a poor work experience girl declutter the spray tan room whilst she chatted at the desk which made me instantly suspicious... had spray tan half an hour later than my appointment , was red and patchy even after showering . Was informed I could return for a free tan within feb so booked back in as it was free. It was snowing and time of my appointment shop was closed .. called them and they opened . The woman told me to get undressed and wait in booth which I did . The temperature was 2 degrees on my phone and stood there naked and shivering for 11 minutes as she couldn’t find the tanning solution , yet again a very patchy tan , nobody asked about shades or aftercare tell everyone you could do better at home and at least have your heating on 😡😡😡😡

The reception area felt relaxing and I was greeted in a very polite and friendly manner. There is clear price structure easily viewed and even without appointment I was very happy with the quick and courteous service. My nails look fabulous and are lasting really well.
