This isn't a good Asda, there's always a long wait to collect parcels. Once they even gave my parcel to someone else, they never check ID. I then had to fight to get a refund as they said I had collected it, which I didn't.nLastly, the lady who works in the George department is rude!! I've complained to head office, who agreed what she said to me was rude and not how they have been trained!! So was the young guy who stood and let her be rude, I think he was a manager of sorts!!nI won't be going back here now.nI'm.still in talks with head office and my complaint.nThere's much better Asda stores to use.
FYI for EV users, the charging points listed on the website don't work. I checked with staff and was told they havn't worked for months. She checked with other staff members and said there are no plans to repair it and that was the end of the conversation. Both spots filled with non-EV cars. Aldi around the corner has available chargers so go straight there instead.
Great for getting your shopping.... Friendly staff too... Although parking isn't the best... especially that one in this car pictured... Hyundai? Mate really? That's got mid life crisis written all over sports fans... Those break discs won't be passing an mot anytime soon you plonker!
Went in to use pampers coupons £6 off, I had two that I received after saving the points on the app. The lady on the till wasn’t sure how to use them so another lady, with short blonde hair comes over to read the terms and conditions, says the vouchers can’t be used as the terms and conditions say they must be used as part payment. I question this because all the premium protection nappies are listed between £4-£6 so no matter which pack I pick, it would meet the voucher value, I made it clear that this normally works, and that I’ve never had any issues in the past.nThe blonde lady starts becoming rude and says it’s because no body reads the terms and conditions and she doesn’t want to be liable for accepting the voucher bearing in mind she’s not actually serving on the till. The lady then phones a manager who says to accept them and she comes back to put them through.nPampers wouldn’t have issued a voucher with Asda clearly written on it if the products Asda sells do not meet the terms and conditions.nShort haired blonde lady clearly needs retraining on dealing with customers and toning down the negative attitude.
Many times I've thanked various staff on approval of alcohol but got no reply, bloody ignorant
